We have lived here for 5 years. We moved from a larger home in West Chester, Ohio.
We love the people in the community and the community itself. It seems like the builder vetted everyone who has moved in, which we know they didn’t. Everyone is so friendly and wonderful. It’s just such a great place and everyone has a close relationship with each other. There are a lot of community activities to enjoy!
It was painless. What was nice was that we had the ability to make tweaks to the original floor plan to fit our needs. That’s a real plus and many of the homeowners do that when they build. We used different flooring in the bathroom and the master bath. We tiled the entire bathroom to the ceiling in the master bath and added a second tile dish in the shower. We changed the tile to a herringbone pattern instead of just a regular straight pattern.
We call it the most expensive doghouse we’ve ever owned. The fact that the courtyard is gated in so we just let the dog out through the doggy door without worrying.
The open floor plan where the living room, dining room, and kitchen are all one space is a huge plus for us. We entertain 20 people every month and have had as many as 50 people in our home for a party. It’s a perfect home for entertaining!
