We will have lived here 4 years in October.
We first looked at Liberty Grand because of its location near great shopping and easy access to the major highways. One of the greatest assets of Liberty Grand is the community. It is such an inviting and welcoming community. We are always among friends when we are hanging at the pool, walking around the neighborhood, or getting together for the many social activities that are held here.
We love the open floor plan that we were able to help design and we love our location on the pond. The builders were open to working with us on changing the floor plans to suit our needs. With having a pond lot, we wanted to take the view in as much as possible and changed the bedroom/living area around to optimize the floor plan. This floor plan has been utilized in many of the homes that were built after ours.
