We have lived here for 11 months. We moved from about 2 miles away.
We love the location because it is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The people here in the community are very nice and friendly. Quite often, you’ll find us standing and talking in someone’s driveway! We enjoy the clubhouse and spending time there with our friends.
We built the Villa floor plan. As we have previously built 5 homes, we were familiar with the process and it was a good experience. The communication with our realtor, Helena, was excellent – we love her. Brian, the developer, has been really nice to us too.
The house is very easy to clean because of the flooring. All it needs is a quick sweep and an occasional mop with clear water. It’s the best flooring we’ve ever had. We really like the open floor plan. We absolutely love the location – it’s the main reason we bought a home in Liberty Grand.
Think about the home you have now. Our home became too big and we looked at smaller homes but ultimately decided on a condo. A condo really is a good home for us as we don’t have to cut grass or do exterior maintenance anymore. If we want to leave for a few weeks, we can do this much easier than we could in our other homes. We can lock and leave. If you’re in this mindset too, then this may be the place for you. You can’t beat the location. Move in and enjoy the easy living!
