I really appreciate having a separate patio home. It looks like a small house, which it is. For my needs, I didn’t want the larger square footage of some of the other beautiful homes in Liberty Grand Villas. Having the open concept of the kitchen and living room as well as the 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, makes this a perfect home for me. The flow of the home is wonderful! I absolutely love having a patio where I can spend time outside and the 2-car garage is a definite bonus.
My favorite aspect of the home is definitely the open concept of the kitchen and living room. I have a gas fireplace in the living room and if I’m cooking I can see both the fireplace and television. It is a spacious and well-thought out area.
I lived in this area for many years and returned back here after living in another city, so I knew the area. Plus, I used to work down the street and actually watched the building of the community from the beginning. When I moved back, I went to visit friends of mine who were already living here in Liberty Grand Villas. I loved their home, but it was larger than what I needed. They told me about the patio homes being built and that the model home would be open over the weekend. I went to visit and loved it! I love the L-shape design and the home absolutely fits my needs. The people here are just great. We have many social activities, groups that get together for dinner, and I have friends that I walk with.
I had the home built and it was a great experience—it even went more smoothly than a house I had built before in another community. I didn’t feel like I had to oversee the build of this home in Liberty Grand Villas as I had with my previous home. I had to keep on top of them with that home, but with this home I had no concerns about how it was built or the timeliness of the build. The only issue I had was with the door because I had wanted the solid door but they installed the glass one. They told me they would replace it with the solid door, but if I decided I liked the glass door and wanted to keep it, they would not charge me the additional cost. I realized how nice the glass door was and decided to keep it!
There aren’t that many homes left so get started! This is a very delightful and enjoyable community. People look after each other and are friendly. I felt welcomed from the very beginning and I’ve met many people. It’s a wonderful place to live!
