We have lived here in Liberty Grand since August 2017.
In a word – Everything!
This is a great location near Liberty Center and easy access to I-75. The floorplans offered in Liberty Grand are great and are quality construction. The clubhouse and pool give us plenty to do. Our neighbors are great and there are many social events we can attend. We love not having any exterior maintenance! And of course, the price was right!
Since moving in we have also found the calm environment and peaceful “vibe” at Liberty Grand to be outstanding.
We bought our “starter home” in West Chester in 1988 and ended up staying in it for 30 years. Needless to say, we love this area. We saw our transition to the “empty nest” on the horizon and started looking at new housing options. Once we saw the development at Liberty Center (with all that it has to offer), it was a no-brainer!
It was excellent. We bought our first home as new construction and loved the experience of making selections and making it “ours”. We wanted to do the same with this home. Brian Jimenez and Jimenez-Haid went above and beyond to help us through the process and personalizing our home. We loved making our selections and visiting to see the progress during construction. Through the entire selection and construction process, whenever I had a question, Brian, John Vance, and the Sales Team responded quickly and thoroughly.
It is hard to pick one, but we would say the open, innovative floorplan. We have a Captiva. It feels spacious and open and provides “one-floor” living. All the amenities: kitchen, master suite, and guest rooms have an upscale yet casual feel. The outdoor patio is a dream. The entire home is a reflection of us.
We shopped around and are amazed at how Liberty Grand is the complete package.
